HELLO THERE! PLEASE READ THE GUIDE BELOW, BEFORE YOU START WITH THE BOOKING FORM.

A FEW LITTLE THINGS TO NOTE, ONCE A DATE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED:

  - It would be greatly appreciated if you can use our venue assets in your event artwork.

- Please provide your artwork in 4:5 aspect ratio for IG posts and in square tile aspect ratio (1080x1080px) for our website. If you create a reel - please ensure the cover is cropped nicely so it looks attractive on the IG grid.

- It is necessary for us to approve your event artwork before publishing, and we may request changes.

- When writing copy in your mailers, socials & website, please format the venue name as such: A L P H A B E T 

- When you put an announcement date & time for your event in the booking form, we may request an adjustment if it clashes with other scheduled announcements.

- Please do not shadow drop your event, as it makes your announcement less impactful if we are not co-ordinated. It may take us time to catch up and post about your event if you go ahead without us… so let’s plan it!

- Please remember to invite our social media accounts to collaborate on announcement posts. Feel free to add us as co-hosts on FB events & tag us in social media posts in the weeks leading up to the event. We will repost and mirror your event promo on our channels.

- Please use the hashtag #alphabetbrighton on socials. 

We want to assist you in selling your event out, so the more we co-ordinate on promo the better!
